| Dear Champion of the Bible, Remember the moment you first understood the Good News—when you first let Jesus into your heart?
Daniel will never forget when it happened to him. “The Word changed my life in one day,” he says.
Although born into a Christian home, by age 20 Daniel was living on the streets of Venezuela, his life often in danger due to drugs and crime. Then, “God brought an uncle into my life to teach me what the Bible actually said.
“I realized suddenly that in that lifestyle, I had all that the world had to offer, but no one in that life has love for one another. That’s unlike my favorite Bible verse, John 3:16. When I encountered that text, I realized God was able to change my life.”
Maybe you have a verse or passage like that too—one that opened your eyes to God’s desire to transform your life. Imagine if no one had ever shared it with you—if you’d never held a Bible in your hands or it wasn’t in a language you understand.
You and I are blessed to have tools like BibleGateway to access God’s Word anytime, anywhere. This Christmas season, as we celebrate the day Jesus entered the world, I’m asking you to help more people discover Him in the pages of a Bible you send.
A generous friend has challenged the Biblica family to raise $100,000 by December 31 for worldwide ministry—and has put up the first $50,000 to build on. Your gift today will be paired with challenge funds so that twice as many people can begin a lasting relationship with Jesus Christ!
Men, women, and children all over the world are feeling the same emptiness Daniel felt, but don’t have God’s Word to fill that empty space with His love. Please send them the Good News today! Your partner in ministry,
