Most people know about the Apostle Peter. He had a prominent place among the twelve apostles. Though the letters he wrote are not as widely-read or studied as Paul's, in the first and second centuries they were an important source of encouragement for Christians facing persecution. In his writings, he calls followers of Jesus—both then and now—to hold onto the faith. |
Since you call on a Father who judges each person's work impartially, live out your time as foreigners here in reverent fear.
